Voice Messaging

You may choose activation of either Voice mail or Call Center Basic—you choose the one that best suits your business needs. Voice Mail activates 20 to 100 mailboxes.

Networking

Using Audio Messaging interchange Specification (AMIS), and Voice Profile for Internet Mail (VPIM), CallPilot Networking links CallPilot 150s and other voice networking systems, increasing network efficiencies. You can send voice mail messages and fax messages as data over your existing data network, to all persons on the network—while saving on your long distance charges.

Unified Messaging

Callpilot 150 Unified Messaging provides improved organizational communication and increased levels of productivity. Because users can access all of their messages in one session, either locally or remotely, and prioritize which messages they access, they will spend less time on message management and more time on the aspects of their job, which drive contributions to their organization.


Norstar Flash Voice Mail

Norstar Flash Voice Mail provides voice messaging and automated attendant capabilities to businesses with one to forty users. It's designed to work with your Norstar business communications system. Features include Auto Attendant, single digit dialing (Custom Call Routing), Cascading Off-Premise Message Notification, and Integrated Calling Line ID. The intuitive Norstar LCD Window steps the user through the features of Flash Voice Mail and reduces training costs.

  • Auto Attendant serves as an automated receptionist.

  • Auto Operator offers efficient switchboard operator functions, such as Custom Call Routing.

  • Auto Messenger acts as an electronic messenger, recording and sending voice messages.

  • Provides integration with Flash Auto Call Distribution that helps create a small order desk, reservations office, customer service department, or technical support center.
